Founded by Nick and Jenna Emery in December 2017, Walli emerged from the personal struggles that defined their lives during what they both consider to be the darkest period. In April 2016, Jenna found herself widowed with an 8-month-old son, while simultaneously, Nick navigated a challenging divorce amid the demands of collegiate basketball. Each faced seemingly insurmountable battles, grappling with grief, anxiety, depression, and thoughts of suicide, all with little hope for the future. Sharing their stories openly from the outset of their relationship, Nick documented his mental health journey in a blog, while Jenna provided regular updates on her grief on Instagram. Motivated by the overwhelming support and love they received during their darkest times, they sought to extend that same hope and encouragement to others through the creation of Walli cases. Grounded in the belief articulated by Natalie Norton, they are dedicated to "giving back" to those in need, urging others to find the light, follow it, and illuminate the path for those still navigating through darkness.

Walli Cases Shipping Policy

A shipping fee of $6.95 will be added at checkout. Did we mention all US orders over $75 ship free? Woohoo!

The cost to ship an international order will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Excitement abounds as Walli Cases spread across the globe! They offer shipping to many international countries, with shipping fees automatically calculated at checkout. However, international orders over $75 are not eligible for free shipping, and duty fees become the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery, not collected at checkout.

Walli is proud to offer a warranty program, and international orders qualify for the warranty. Nevertheless, the customer bears responsibility for shipping costs on any replacement product. An invoice will be sent to the customer, and the order will be shipped as soon as the shipping fee is paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all international returns.

Anticipation builds as customers eagerly await their packages. While Walli can't hand-deliver each one, their electric scooters cover as many miles as possible.

Upon payment verification, Walli processes orders ASAP, with the fulfillment team typically completing orders within 1-2 business days. After processing, standard USPS shipping times apply, usually within 3-10 business days. Start the countdown chains!

To address delayed or missing packages, customers can create a support ticket by filling out the form HERE. Walli has partnered with PostPo Shipping Protection for all post-delivery services, and they will contact customers within 24 hours to assist with a resolution. Walli Cases Return Policy

Walli Return Guidelines state that Walli products must be postmarked for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, Walli products must be in new, unused condition, and in their original Walli packaging. If the product is not postmarked within the specified timeframe, not in new and unused condition with original packaging, or if it is a final sale item, Walli Cases is not liable for refunding the product or covering return shipping. Original shipping charges and shipping protection are non-refundable.

Customers in the US can opt for a free return to a Happy Returns location, where a provided barcode facilitates a hassle-free return process. The Returnista scans the barcode, inspects the item, and ships it back to Walli for stress-free returns. Refunds or exchanges are initiated immediately, with a 3-business day allowance for the refund to clear the customer's bank.

Alternatively, customers can choose to purchase a pre-paid return label, with a $5 deduction from the return amount. The pre-paid shipping label is available for printing, and the order/exchange is refunded upon arrival at the warehouse after passing inspection. Walli is not liable for lost items without a valid tracking number.

For exchanges, the returns portal accommodates size changes within the same design. However, exchanges for different products or designs require the customer to return the initial order and place a new order for the correct product. Exchanging an item through a shipping label from Walli may take up to 10 business days for the new item/s to be approved for shipment. Customers needing a quicker exchange can choose to drop it off at a Happy Returns location for expedited processing.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers can click HERE. International customers are advised to ship returns to the provided address, including a note with their name, order number, and the words "RETURN FOR REFUND." All shipping fees for international customers are non-refundable.
