Hey Olivia, I am going to show you the exact strategy I use and have used for years to sign as many clients as I want to. This allowed me to create a 7-figure agency with Convertive and sell it and allowed me to take my current agency to £250,000 a month ($315K)

When I speak to people they often think - ah he's just great at cold emails or his campaigns must just generate crazy numbers

not true...

and with this strategy it doesn't matter how poor your numbers are (to a certain extent) you can still use it to sign as many numbers as you want

People overcomplicate cold outreach when they don't need to

Let me share with you the strategy and let's imagine for a second you're really bad at cold email and really bad at sales right now

Let's say your numbers are:

You book 1 meetings for every 1,000 emails you send
Only 50% of prospects show up to the calls you book
You close 25% of your sales calls

Even with these numbers... all you have to do is:

Send 8,000 emails
Which books 8 meetings
Get on 4 sales calls because only 50% have shown up
Close 1 client because you close 25%

So even with TERRIBLE numbers

All it takes is 8,000 EMAILS TO SIGN ONE CLIENT

Don't overcomplicate it

Here's what I do:

We start our outreach and run our variations
Find the best performing variation
Let it run for 2 weeks to understand the numbers
Send as many emails as it takes to sign as many clients as we want
