Plaine Products Shipping Policy
Plaine Products is committed to making your shopping experience as convenient and environmentally responsible as possible. We offer shipping services to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with a flat rate shipping fee of $6 for orders, and orders totaling $100 or more enjoy free shipping. For our Canadian customers, shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and unfortunately, we have limited flexibility on Canadian shipping rates.
When it comes to returning your used bottles, we encourage you to do so, as long as they have no significant damage. Bottles with dents smaller than a dime are suitable for return, as we prioritize reuse to minimize waste. It's worth noting that aluminum bottles can be recycled indefinitely without any loss in quality, while plastic is typically downgraded after recycling, allowing for only a limited number of recycling cycles.
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your order is processing. Once your order ships, we will send you another email containing tracking information. At this point, your order will be marked as "Completed" in our system, indicating that it's on its way.

Rest assured that your order will be processed promptly, typically within one business day of receipt. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to our Cincinnati, OH headquarters, typically taking between 2 to 4 days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday.
In the rare event that your shipment goes missing, please notify us via email within 30 days of receiving your shipping notification. Plaine Products Return Policy
At Plaine Products, we want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. If, within 30 days of receiving your full-sized bottles, you find that they do not meet your expectations, we are happy to facilitate a return. However, we kindly request that you cover the cost of return shipping. Please keep in mind that sulfate-free products may require an adjustment period for your hair to adapt to the natural ingredients.
