Knix Shipping Policy
When customers place an order with Knix, they can anticipate a processing timeline of 1-2 business days for the warehouse team to pack and ship their purchase. However, during peak periods such as sales, holidays, or product launches, it might take up to 4 business days for them to process orders. It's important to note that once an order is placed, any address updates, order changes, or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Orders made after 1 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
For the convenience of our customers, Knix occasionally employs split shipments, meaning orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations, and customers will receive tracking information for each package.
Delivery timelines, which are measured in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), can be checked at checkout for the most up-to-date estimates. All shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
In the United States, Knix offers free shipping for orders over $75 USD, while orders under $75 USD incur a $10 USD shipping fee. Orders within the U.S. are shipped using DHL, USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post International, depending on the address and carrier availability.
International orders, both over $150 USD and under $150 USD, have shipping fees of free and $20 USD, respectively. These orders are shipped with carriers such as DHL, Canada Post International, or FedEx, based on address and carrier availability. Import Duties, Taxes, and associated administrative fees are the responsibility of the customer (the importer) and are not covered by Knix.
For Canadian orders, free shipping is offered for orders over $95 CAD, and shipping charges of $12 CAD or $20 CAD apply to orders under $95 CAD, depending on the location. Orders within Canada are shipped with Canada Post or Purolator, determined by address and carrier availability. Customers can find our products in Canadian Dollars by visiting www.knix.ca.
Knix Return Policy
For purchases made between November 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, customers can enjoy the flexibility of exchanging or refunding eligible items until January 31, 2024. The eligibility for exchange or refund is subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.
Items with a discount of 20% or more are eligible for exchange or store credit, with no refunds offered. Products marked as "Black Friday Deal," "Clearance," or "Vault Sale" fall under the final sale category, meaning no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be accommodated.
Specific product categories, such as Knix Bras, Tops (including Bodysuits), Thigh Saver (including Leakproof), Shapewear, Masks, and Pads, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The brand encourages customers to wear and wash these items to ensure a proper fit. If adjustments are needed, customers can message for a personal fit consultation before returning for the right size.
Underwear purchases present a unique consideration, and within 30 days of delivery, customers may exchange for another size, style, or opt for store credit. Refunds are not available for underwear, and the brand kindly requests customers to open, wash, and wear only one pair if multiple pairs were ordered.

Customers have the convenience of returning or exchanging online orders at any Knix retail store. Conversely, returns or exchanges for in-store purchases can be facilitated online, provided the purchase was made with a credit card. Debit purchases must be returned or exchanged in the same retail location.
Points earned from product purchases will be deducted from the total if a refund is processed, potentially affecting the customer's VIP tier.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges initiated through the Return & Exchange Portal are covered by Knix. Exchange orders through the portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA and Canada. However, it's important to note that the shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable.
