About DANNIJO

Founded by Florida-born sisters, Danielle and Jodie, DANNIJO is a lifestyle brand with a cult following known for its statement jewelry, tie-dye silk slips, and resort-leisure RTW. As kids in Jacksonville, Florida, Danielle and Jodie would dress up in their mom’s vintage jewelry and make earrings and necklaces using their cardiologist father’s medical tools. The label is rooted in philanthropy β€” its first debut in 2007 was a fundraising project for the first health clinic in Lwala, Kenya. Danielle's time in Kenya subsequently influenced the brand's iconic collection of Maasai-inspired bib necklaces, usage of bright colors, and its bold aesthetic. The brand is always championing causes the sisters believe in, and most recently, DANNIJO aligned with Vanessa Bryant on a fundraising collection of tie-dye hoodies and sweats benefiting the Mamba and Mambacita Foundation. The collaboration spread like wildfire across the globe, and 100% of the proceeds from the collection went to the foundation in honor of the late Gigi and Kobe Bryant. Today, DANNIJO is an international brand with a foothold in pop culture. The sisters are always expanding their reach and leveraging the brand's DNA to make the world a little more colorful.

DANNIJO Shipping Policy

DANNIJO is currently undergoing a relocation to a new warehouse, and as a result, all sale* orders may experience a 7-10 day delay. If customers require expedited service, they are encouraged to reach out, and the brand will make every effort to accommodate their needs. Appreciation is expressed for the patience of customers during this transition.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will commence processing on the following business day, and transit times do not encompass Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. It is advised that customers ensure their orders are shipped to secure locations, as DANNIJO cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Alternatively, customers can contact UPS to arrange delivery only upon signature. In instances where items are pre-ordered, customers are requested to allow up to 3-5 weeks for shipping, with unforeseen weather conditions not within the brand's control. Delivery dates are strictly weekdays, and shipments do not occur on weekends and holidays.

For domestic orders, DANNIJO offers UPS Ground shipping at $12.00, with deliveries typically taking 2-7 business days from dispatch. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. The brand does not ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Expedited options, including 2ND DAY and NEXT DAY, are available for domestic orders, and a signature may be required with additional charges for multiple delivery attempts.

International shipping is facilitated through UPS, providing customs clearance and delivery within 2-7 business days. Various shipping rates apply, with custom duties and taxes determined by the destination country's customs agency. The responsibility for payment of duties and taxes lies with the receiver. DANNIJO is not responsible for abandoned packages, and if a shipment is refused, the customer is accountable for both original shipping charges and a $90 fee upon return.

International orders do not offer gift wrapping due to customs regulations, and all packages are securely packaged. Customers can track their packages via the assigned UPS tracking number, and any issues with lost shipments must be addressed directly with UPS.

In summary, DANNIJO strives to provide transparent shipping policies, and customers are encouraged to communicate directly with UPS for matters related to lost or undelivered packages. The brand aims to assist customers to the best of their ability in the event of any issues with shipments.
