For Domestic Orders, products from www.asimjofa.com can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of the delivery date if received in a damaged condition, wrong size, or incorrect article. To qualify, articles must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and the original packing in its original condition. Excess fabric or embellishments used during photoshoots, unless specified on the website, are not included. The exchange or refund process involves notifying the intention within 10 days of the delivery date, sharing tracking details and order number with the customer services team via phone or WhatsApp, and sending the article to the designated address using approved courier services. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are provided in the form of a coupon for one-time usage. The refund policy for credit card transactions entails returning the same amount to the credit card used for the order. Order cancellation is allowed before processing, and Asim Jofa reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, quality issues, or declined card payments.

For International Orders, damaged or incorrect items must be reported to the customer services team with relevant details for evaluation. If Customs holds the parcel, the customer must provide required documentation, and Asim Jofa is not liable for non-clearance refunds.

Refunds for canceled international orders are issued to the credit card used for the order.
