<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It’s almost unbelievable that in
one week the United States and the entire world will be celebrating
what would have been the 95th Birthday of Brother Martin Luther King
Jr. And while we’ve heard it many, many times before, this year’s
celebration is different as it calls for massive introspection of
this pivotal moment in the story of these United States. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Many of you are aware that I take
great umbrage with the deodorizing, sanitizing, and Santa
Clausification of Brother Martin - you’ve heard me speak on
it*</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, you’ve read my words on
it**</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, and this year you are
bearing witness to me doing something about it and much more as an
Independent candidate for President of the United States. As I have
frequently noted, the major threat to Brother Martin’s legacy is both
spiritual and moral. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Additionally, as we approach his
eponymous national holiday we run the risk of further adulterating the
courageous and compassionate lessons he provided and gave his life for
that deracinate the mendacious and dominant liberal soul-craft of
organized greed, endless war, baleful bigotry and racism, execrable
levels of poverty, and runaway climate change driving us to ecocide.

act as stewards of the derelict duopoly rather than shepherds and
servants of the people. I am humbly asking all of you to take part in
our Love Warriors MLK Day of Selfless Service in ways that embody
Brother Martin’s sage aphorism, “Everybody can be great because anyone
